Hello I am in desperate need of housing due to issues out of my control I have been waiting for the repairs to be made at my current residence and my home did not pass city inspection I have a 2 year old son that will reside with me We have no pets I am disabled and work with the Tri county alliance whom pays 1136 of the rent indefinitely I would love a single family home I have a lawnmower amd I love to garden I used to do landscaping I Florida I prefer to be in Prince Street or Pinehurst school districts The home can be one or two floors or townhouse I am able to walk up steps but I will have to put a gate up for the safety of my baby I am in good status with my landlord and they will give me a good referral I will take care of your home as if it were my own I thank you for taking the time to read my messege ams consideration of being your future tenant Thank you **** Todd|
