Hi We my son age 8 his father 43and myself 43 and my mother 63 no pets And have been looking for a long time for 3 bedrooms and at least 15 baths my childs father is the sole income provider he has worked at the Olive Garden for 14 years and works at REI for the past year We have excellent tenant history for the past 9 years at the same place an Old Orchard Beach There are no three bedroom one and a half baths in Old Orchard but I did spend way too long looking because I did not want to change my childs school system I found out the hard way that there is only winter rentals or summer rentals that have anything more than two bedrooms We currently live in a twobedroom oneandahalf bath where our child has to sleep in our same room as us mom and dad but of course in a separate bed He desperately needs his own space as he just turned nine and we cannot go on any longer like this Please please help we are willing to stay in Old Orchard move to Scarborough South Portland Westbrook Gorham Falmouth I dont think that our section 8 with Westbrook housing allows any areas like Buxton or Windham but I could find out My boyfriendchilds father brings home around 500 a week Any other info that you need from me please call me at area code #*#*# hidden# or you can email me as well my email is a bit congested so calling is the best way to reach me Please help

As I said above our rental history is we have been in the same current two bedroom one and a half bath in Old Orchard Beach for the past 9 years with Westbrook housing section 8 clean backgrounds credit score my mother has excellent credit my boyfriend childs father hasnt had credit but is building credit right now as we speak And due to a horrible medical incident on my behalf I was not able to leave and go Christmas shopping birthday shopping clothes shopping for my child so I did open credit cards I am working to get those resolved but it is taking a while so my personal credit is not so great But the section 8 voucher is actually in my boyfriends name
