Im looking for a 2bedroom 12 bathroom I have section 8 I pay 50 in rent as of right now section 8 pays 1200 Im 21 Daughter 2 Townhouse one story house single family apartment UPDATED APPLIANCES I wish for a dishwasher Floor no carpet I have a kid food gets on carpet Balcony 2 bedroom 1Bathroom in bedroom if possible Walk in closet High ceilings Central air if not then ac that goes through the whole house A nice bathroomno mold updated appliances For the apartment to be clean when I first come with my keys No security deposit or security deposit waiver Im ready to move asap maybe we could work out something My current landlord isnt doing anything about the health hazards I have in my home when I moved in it was so many things wrong they hid the things pretty well but it was in plain sight if I wouldve had someone got out there with me maybe it wouldve went better Me my daughter and company has things happen to us just because of the apartment I just hope I have a better time finding my second apartment being a single mother is hard and one thing I want to do is be able to give my child a place to lay her head somewhere thats safe to call home

My first apartment was in the Harbours in Clinton township I got accepted when my childs father was with me A week later I got accepted and he was incarcerated I was 2 months pregnant and on bed rest already on job leave for Covid hitting I didnt have the money to keep that apartment I asked to leave and they left me break the lease My apartment I am in now is through section 8 I pay 50 now with water and heat included It was an apartment I had to choose because I was on the streets I needed a place but I have to break my lease my daughter is getting sick from mold and someone broke in this morning it is no longer a safe place for her to lay her head and Ive asked the maintenance people since January when I moved in to fix some of the issues I cant and will not put my daughter at risk this is peoples job but I have to stand up for me and my daughters life My credit is low my identity was stolen I am currently trying to work on building it up right now please work with me
