I am a female in my 40s I have lived at my current address in West St Paul since April #*#*# hidden# I need to move by the end of February My Housing Choice voucher is through the Dakota County CDA but I am elligible to port it anywhere I have steady income from Social Security and from my part time job at a church in Burnsville where I have been employed since #*#*# hidden# I am pretty flexible in what I am looking for but a nonsmoking policy that is actually enforced is a requirement because I have asthma and smoke will make me very sick I also require off street parking though it doesnt need to be in a garage And inunit washer snd dryer are a strong preference because of a disability that makes it difficult for me to bring laundry elsewhere

I have lived in the same apartment since #*#*# hidden# I have never paid my rent late at this apartment or anywhere Ive lived I dont know my credit score but I do know it is far from perfect I have had some financial struggles due to my disability but Section 8 has helped me to maintain stable housing and I am working to rebuild my credit I have a case manager thtough the coubty and a team of people who work with me and support with my disability with my housing and with whatever goals I set for myself including finances if I need it
