We moved into our current home on #*#*# hidden# pretty close to four years now Immediately prior to that we were living in shortterm hotel while we searched for housing or waited for space to open up at shelters The entire year of 2017 we were considered homeless and stayed where we could when we could We only ended up in that situation because again the landlord wanted to sell property and due to the specifics we needed to look for access for my son we did not find housing in time My current credit score is 525 and I am taking steps to increase my numbers but for now I am able to make an extra deposit have a cosigner and I am also working with a program called Beyond Backgrounds through Housinglink that offers financial security in the event a landlord would require it in order to rent to me due to not meeting a credit score requirement There is absolutely no criminal history in my household Thank you in advance for any consideration
