my name is **** i will be the head of household i have no rental history i have only ever been a tenant my fiance is lain wallace he will be an occupant he has been evicted one time at the age of 18 because he refused to pay rent due to the landlord not fixing the heat in the home or the frozen water lines for 3 months and it was mid december he was not aware how to take care of the issue legally so he went ahead and packed everything and left the address and left a message to the landlord that he decided not to fight the eviction in court and just leave because a trailer with a bedroom and a half with no heat or water was not worth the hastle unkowing that that would affect his ability to rent in the future his background is a bit more outstanding he has i believe 3 charges a minor for assault a felony for dv and burglary from several years year ago around age 17 my credit is somewhere closer to 600 his is about 540 for lack of credit mostly with all of that being said we sound like bad company but i can assure you being in a program to jump start our lives in the right direction and provide us a second chance for change has made us better people than weve ever been we are doing our absolute best to get our 3 children the home they need and we would be so greatful if you all had something open to consider us
