My name is **** I have a Seven year old Son and a one year old daughter living with me Im currently on a housing choice voucher that Ive been on for the last 3 years I have no issues with the landlord or nothing Theyve never had any problems with me I am not working but I do have my housing qualifies for a 3 bedroom And I believe the amount is around like 1300 a month It covers the full rent and because of my health issues right now and in the process of getting on disability They are covering all of my rent payments So I dont pay a portion on my own right working on building credit I have fair credit right now But Ive never really done too much established the credit so thats what Im trying to do I dont have any pets I dont plan to have any pets I dont mind upstairs or 2 story houses Im basically trying to find a single family home house or rental Thats somewhat not like in town but right outside of city limits The last few years Ive been in the same 3 bedroom mobile home right outside of town and its been nice and everything but Im currently dealing with a personal situation That I would rather discuss in person by it would be in mind if my childrens best interest to re locate because of the situation I dont have a criminal history or anything like that its about something that somebody else has done but like I said Id rather talk more question about that but Im a pretty good tenant I keep to myself my landlord Steve Moser can verify that Ive been a good tenant The last few years he hasnt had any problems with me And oh im sure he would give me a good reference

I am looking for a One bedroom for myself I am 48 years old and I stay to myself I keep a clean homeI dont party I spend my time with my grandkids and my familyI have section 8 voucher and I am just wanting to get in my own place again been staying with my daughter since my job ended which lead to me losing my place to live So been with her since September and she has no room for me its been hard cause have to share a room with granddaughter and I have no privacy I am trying to start life over by myself I lost my boyfriend in September also And my car so its been rough but trying to get another car so I can get back to work somewhere
