Good MorningI am a single mother on disabilityI dont smoke I dont have pets Id love to adopt a small senior dog maybe laterMy son is 12 yrs old and he comes to visit me in the summer and every other Christmas from Florida I love to meditate watch the stars and make craft wreaths of NFL NBA etc to hang on the door year round I would love to garden if there is a small home Ive been in Sedalia since May #*#*# hidden# and my BFF is here of 28yrs and why I came here to be closer to herIm not sure how this works all I know is that disability doesnt pay much and my DTI is not enough to rent an apartment at 1300 a month so explaining to me how the vouchers work to apply or to be able to qualify for lower monthly payments would be awesome Oh I am 50 just look 38 LOL and have a positive personality classical and piano music I love to bake too

I moved out of the X house where I lived for 16 yrs and I bought a condo in Florida for 4 years and sold it in May 2022 moved up to Sedalia in May and paid for a 5 12 month lease in fullThe 800 a month is way too much on a disability income DTI going by income based housing or how I get a voucher or how it works
