59 yrs old single with no plans to change itNo pets but would like to have a small to medium size dog Trying to stay independent because I do have breast cancer Im getting ready to deal with and some other medical issuesOther than family and a couple of girlfriends since 1st grade I stay to myself I already have someone to maintain the lawn for me so I want a small house will consider a mobile home No apartments please if I can help itI get #*#*# hidden# a month for disability which I just started getting and roughly #*#*# hidden# in back pay comingMy credit needs a little work because I tried to stay working rather than filing for disability Guess you can say Im stubborn but being diagnosed with breast cancer was the straw that broke the camels back Ha ha so Im o Disability against my willMy most recent landlord sued to have me evicted and I signed and agreement to vacate knowing it was and illegal eviction and I wasnt going to have my disability by the vacate date but I had no choice but to sign it Why Because the system doesnt defend the innocent in Warrenton The ex landlord will tell you lies but if you want to know the truth ask me and I will tell you the truth and can back my wordsI prefer to tell you we disagreed on a few things on a personal level because that is the truth but she didnt need to evict me over it My rent was taken care of by housing and my place was kept very clean I was quiet pretty much stayed to myself but got along with my neighbors No Complaints everI still have my housing choice voucher out of Bowling Green and need to get into a real home in and area where family and friends can be there through the cancer treatments Before that I rented from a couple for several years in Troy Missouri Unfortunately her husband passed away from lung cancer in 2019 When I left there even though I knew she wasnt going to rerent the place back out I paid a family member and friend to make sure the place was left spotless and all utilities were paid I will provide you with her information when its needed to verify my history with herAgain I need to work on my credit and clean it up but everything is over 10 yrs old on my credit report and its all able to be removedThank you and God Bless
