Hello dear landlords whom except section 8 vouchers My name is **** **** Welch I am searching for a 3 beadroom home with a section 8 voucher that I have had now going on 13 years I have been renting from the same landlord now for 12 almost 13 years now I have been in two of his properties one of them for 6 years and the one Im in now for almost 7 years now But due to the fact that most of my children I have had are all grown up and moved out of home on their own now I must down size bedroom size due to only having two teenage children left at home now that means I no longer can stay in this 5 bedroom home And my landlord of almost 12 years does not have any smaller bedroom size available or He would have just moved me in one So I have been a renter for over 32 years now And I have never been evicted in all those years I have always been a great clean and dependable tenant I have never had any problems with my Landlord any were I have rented nor have I had any bad reviews from a Landlord or my section 8 manager with the Great Falls Housing Authority in all my years of renting I also have never had a misdemeanor or A felony record I have always been a law abiding citizen my whole life I am clean friendly honest kind and I run a tight ship when it comes to my home and children and I am also a God fearing women

I have been a renter for over 32 years I have rented the same place for the last seven years and from the same landlord for the last almost 13 years the landlord at this time is Pat Goodover and as for my credit It is low about a 600 or a little more but that doesnt make me a bad renter I have never had any problems with my rent or whom I have rented from in over 32 years
