Hi Im a former advertising executive and certified professional dog trainer COVID hit my life hard and affected my oncebooming servicebased company It has not been easy but after COVID each day I wake up alive is a great day I have a wellbehaved registered service dog who provides tasks which mitigate my disability She is considered a medical device and not a pet as per ADA law I dont not need her for public access work often anymore but do require specific skills that she executes for me as I live alone She is 33lbs a 75 years old Whippet mix I am a nonsmoker nondrinker clean courteous and responsible Im a college graduate and have no dependents I have no criminal history Im ideally looking for either a studio or 1BR detached cottage inlaws quarter mobile home duplex or end unit if in an apartment with solid walls or great sound control as my dog can bark to alert me with my disability and although it is certainly not ongoing barking I am a good neighbor and still do not want to disturb others I am looking everywhere in Randolph county and am open to any safe location though preferably not far from Fayetteville St I was granted my voucher for 650 Im not sure what my portion of the rent would be depending upon whether or not utilities are included Furnished or unfurnished are both fine A bathtub is preferred but not mandatory Heat and AC are important I have one SUV and would like parking somewhere close to the unit I do not party nor have guests and there are no other occupants besides myself Are you able to help welcome me to my new home here in Randolph county Please reach out if you have any options that might be a good fit Very Best **** ****
