I am currently residing on West King St I was renting from Appalachian Management but on Christmas night the water pipes from my upper neighbors My downstairs apartment flooded in the living room kitchen and bathroom The damage to my ceiling and carpet were undated in water Hud gave my landlord a week or up to 2 weeks to make repairs but the landlord said that the apartment with us in it could not be repaired so he is giving us 30 days to move out of our unit Hud is going to give me a transfer voucher since the damage was not my fault We are in urgent need of a new place to live or we will face homelessness I will settle for a studio if it is all you have
