HelloMy name is **** **** and I am looking to move into a 2 bdr unit I prefer a house however I am flexible and will accept the right apartment to make a home I have been in my current unit for six years I have a pretty good relationship with my current landlord and they have been a joy to rent from Unfortunately my landlords are selling the property due to retirement and them getting of age I am looking to move into a new unit by August 1st 2022 and have my full deposit ready after the house passes inspectionI do not have any pets and do not have any plans on getting a pet anytime soon I have one son who resides with me and he works most of the time and plays his video game on his days off He is a respectful laidback young man and stays to himself I have the hopes to make this property my last rental property and hopefully purchase our 1st home in the next 12 years We are not originally from Charlotte NC however we have made this our home for the past 12 years I have no evictions and always pay my portion of rent on timeI am looking forward to finding the perfect home using this site
