I live on SSI 50 years old only me move in asap

I live in Denver Ive been living at the same place for 9 years was renting to own the owner came back he is now staying here and is on palliative care I just dont feel comfortable although we have been friends for some time I would just rather have my own place my credit score is pretty good I say its probably 650
