Hello I am **** S **** Akia I am the mother of 3 young men I am seeking housing for myself and my 17 year old Currently we live in Hope Mills NC in a 3 bedroom home My two older sons have moved out so Im looking for a smaller place 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms would be so perfect as my 17 year old is becoming a bathroom hog smile I would love to have a single family home town home or mobilI home I have excellent rental history Never been asked to leave a place that I lived No court issues no late payments only once during the pandemic but there was no major issues never had an eviction was able to pay in a timely manor Ive been in this house for two years and before that we lived in Durham It was a bit too high paced for me and the boys So we relocated This place is much better but since my older boys have moved the rent will increase yet again thats how the voucher works We have a 4lb chihuahua he is a year old and potty trained I would love to work with a landlord that is ok with us having him I have family in the Pittsboro Siler City area and I love it there My rent now is 965 and my portion is 407 Im not sure what my portion will be in Chatham Co as the rates change from County to County Currently I am in Cumberland Co I am working part time as a CNA when I settle in my new location I intend on getting a job in the area I am recovering from a terrible break in my right foot so Im easing myself back into work Im thankful for the section 8 program it allowed me to Live within my budget while healing Ive been on the program for the past 5 years and I have no complaints thus far I look forward to hearing from a landlord that would be interested in working with me and my son Im looking for a long term living arrangement as I am definitely looking to resign a new lease if at all possible
