2 ppl sec 8 pays my entire rent Work slowed down no pets

Hi Im a 48 yo disabled mother and I have a 14 yo child Were looking for either a two bedroom apartment accessible by wheelchair or a one story two bedroom house accessible by wheelchair All utilities need to be included as per Section 8 Dog friendly Preferably a swimming pool to do some physical therapy in during the summer but not necessary I do not work I do receive child support Im housebound and have been mostly bedridden for about eight Were looking to move to the MorgantownFairmont area The Section 8 allotment for the county is 861 including all utilities per month My portion of that is #*#*# hidden# Clarksburg which allots 902 including all utilities per month My portion of that is #*#*# hidden# Id be able to be close to my 19 yo who lives in the area Or looking in New Jersey MonmouthOcean County areas to ****y close to my 26 yo The amount Section 8 allots is 1518 including all utilities My portion of that is 22680

My rental history from the apartment wed lived in last was unfortunately less than stellar I worked until 2013 My disabilities ****rted in my late 20s early 30 and became much worse over the years and I was diagnosed with many more health issues Something like a snowball effect My sons ****rted helping me pay the rent Until they moved I applied for Social Security Disability was denied and appealed Again I filed was denied and appealed I went through the process four or five times already Every doctor Ive been to says the same this they dont under****nd why I keep getting denied I was unable to move as I had nowhere to move to and the Section 8 waiting list was closed When I found somewhere for us to move we moved Now having Section 8 were able to move into a houseapartment we could call home Background We have no criminal records We are good people I dont know my credit score but I can only assume its the lowest it can go
