We have been in section 8 for more than 2yrs in God standing never missing a payment looking to move to a quiet area thats suitable for the two of us we are very quiet tenants looking to be part of a community setting our church is in Pennsauken we a striving to get closer to our church section 8 said we can be ported out and additional allotment will be given according to the township we move in up to 1305 right now its #*#*# hidden# we love cooper river park it is so tranquil and so much to do We are not pleased with the envoirment were in we cant live freely as we would love to as young seniors the activity that surrounds us is very concerning safety is a major concern for us therfore we are in need of more appropriate housing We do understand that there may be a waiting list but nevertheless we are interested in applying for suitable housing our housing voucher is in order and we are eligible to be ported out of Camden we are looking for a duplexes private renters senior housing I am 61yrs of age my husband is 56yrs we are in senior living under section 8 security money is in place and we are ready to go paper work is in place

Our rental history is fine we been where we are for almost 3yrs nothing was a factor in our section 8 approval and we were able to be accepted into the program
