I am a single mom of 4 boys Aj 18yr Ezra 16yr Matthias 7yr Josiah 1yr I have no pets at the moment Currently on unemployment unemployed will be seeking employment I have a housing choice voucher for 1 year from move in date I got accepted for a 4 bedroom in valencia county but a 3 bedroom might work too I am reliable for 30 of the rent I will have deposit in full This is my 1st time on housing program I drive a 2015 burgundy Hyundai sonata My 18 yr old is currently trying to finish school and get situated and he has his own vehicle I have this voucher for a year I plan on continuing renting even after voucher ends A little about me My life wasnt perfect I am trying to get my life back together for my children We are home bodys and love to be home We are not loud we do not party Please if there is anymore information needed or you have anymore questions please feel free to call me anytime or send me a msg I will respond to emails as well I do get busy as I have little ones but I am usually free
