Went to court for times in the last two years against Aviator Suites dba American Marketing Group AMG in which I was successful each time in proving they were illegally trying to evict me CDC AND STATE MORATORIUMS LAST YEAR and wound up leaving on great terms but still an eviction is listed on my rental record from them from last October Maybe its off now Thats it in five years
