hello my name is Najha Williams i reside in binghamton ny i have working section 8 i have one child who is 8 yrs of age in which i homeschool right now i am a caterer and hair stylist and work would be based from home or atleast all my appointments and such are made from home my income aside from what section 8 provides is 2300 monthly i have a trained cat who is 3 yrs old who is also fixed she is a female she is a family pet in which im prepared to pay for i have been resiseing at a property of a slumlord so i had to move not because of being evicted or me owing him money but because it wasnt safe for us id like a one family house as my 8 yr old is always home and i wouldnt want to be a problem for other tenants i have never owed money or been kicked outi have my deposit from the last place and am ready to move i have my vouchers ready dont have long so id appreciate a call or email thanks alot i am a great tenant that just wants to live safe and comfortably

we lived in nyc for 8 yrs prior to coming here in 2019 AGAIN from a slumlord that caused my son to have led poisining we stayed in binghamton in a different unit for a year and then moved here which we have been for a year and a half now and as far as background like i said im a good tenant and never had any issues owing rent or getting evicted from either places i chose to leave both and my credit score is 560 i know thats not high but i working on fixing it as well as find a unit that we can staY IN WITHOUT WANTING TO MOVE
