Hello my name is **** ****and I am 22 years old I am a female I live with my two children my four year old son and my eight month year old daughter I do not own any pets my deposit for security deposit broker fee one months rent would be from HRA welfare they would pay the entire amount my move in date Im trying to move as soon as possible due to my living situation my entire building is getting evicted By august and Im trying to get something ASAP my move is an emergency as well my caseworker from Section 8 HPD knows the situation as well and were looking to work as fast as we possibly can My expiration date on my voucher is #*#*# hidden# I as well have my voucher and landlord package already I do not work I receive ssi monthly 914 monthly and semi weekly 145 I am looking for a three bedroom apartment one story house anything as well a backyard if not thats fine parking isnt necessary my requirements is utilities included or not included owner pays water only I pay 30 of the rent portion and section 8 pays the rest
