Hello Im looking for 45 bedroom house or apartment I have 6 people but would need space for my 2 older daughters as well for when they come home from college on breaks Ive been a current tenant for 10yrs but unfortunately the landlord breeches contract with section 8 an refuses to due repairs In return he gave me a 90 day vacate which is now up I continue to get denied from owners due to having Section 8 Im visually impaired an can not help being disabled We have no pets no one smokes My duaghetrs have vehicles I have 3 older children that work as well The rent is paid by both Section 8 Belmont an Social services directly to the landlord My credit score Im working on as well went through Covid an Im in the process of repairing it but miy credit score has nothing to do with my rental payments that have all been on time each month Myself an kids are favoring being homeless all due to a landlord not wanting to fix his property that had lead paint an electrical issues that could potentially cause a house fire
