Hello I hope you can help me find a good place we can call home We are a household of 2 ages 53F and 13F No pets no move in date yet We are currently living in a multilevel apartment in Carmel NY under Sec Putnam Housing Authority I recently lost employment due to company downsizing but Im starting up an independent Travel business and hopefully can find potential clients and make good income this year I am looking for a Section 8approved house or apartment or townhouse either bungalow or 2story or multilevel that has at least 2bedrooms 1bath updated kitchen preferably with dishwasher Ref lots o cabinets storage washerdryer a must parking yard or greeneries around Im not planning to move yet but if i can maybe 8124 will be a good date

We have lived here almost 5 years now I have never rented before this property We always pay on time and never had a problem We are good peace loving and law abiding citizens My credit score is very good to excellent I hope you can find us a good place that fits my budget and needs I would like one near the main road for public transportation and school bus pickup and drop off because i dont have a car yet I would also like it near groceries shops restos and the train station Most of all I want the whole unit all doors and windows secured cant be easily broken in and welllit location is in a safe community and not isolated far from neighbors For the meantime I wanted to stay in Carmel City only because my daughter wants to go to Carmel High school next school year so she can maintain her close relationships with her good friends and I dont want to add more tensions to her already problematic emotional and mental health affecting our family relationships and overall wellbeing Thank you very much in advance
