Hi I am a 59 year old disabled lady who has a section 8 voucher I have been on section 8 since 2011 I have rented from Rutland Housing Trust for 7 years from #*#*# hidden# Than I rented an apartment above a saloon for 3 years The landlord told me it was quite there and i couldnt take the noice level from the ongoing traffic all day and night The place was right beside the rode and she failed to be honest with me I am now living in New York and I have been here since March of 2021 I love my landlord but I live in a small town called Willsboro New York I live in a very isolated area where you have to travel a good distance to get your necessities or to the hospital I lived in the Rutland Vermont area since 1981 I loved the fact that there were plenty of places to shop and eat I felt comfortable there as the hospital wasnt to far away I moved to New York to live bellow my brother I thought this place had more to offer but was let down I feel embarrassed to have made this change from Vermont to New York So right now my heart loves Plattsburg New York I love it there and thats where i go to shop and eat Its hard for me to make trips there because I am on a fixed income and I have to budget my expenses I wish I could work but I had cancer and 31 radiation treatments that left me with ongoing surgeries Than i got run over by a car while riding my bike I am fortunate to be here With all that has happened to me it certainly has made me a stronger lady and more caring about life I do have 2 cats who are my babies I take good care of them and I take pride in a clean home I am a calm lady who doesnt like drama I have a great outlook in life and to people around me I do have a car that is a 2014 chevy cruiser I take good care of it and make sure it gets to the garage if needed I dont ever lapse on my insurance nor inspection and registration I am a very responsible person I hope to find a nice landlord who can offer me a great place to live I have to say I do not want to live in a run down place I also would like my place to be a little roomy not really small If your looking for a good lady to occupy your place please let me know This would be my last place to reside at In regards to my voucher I would just let Elizabethtown Housing authority know if I find a place and they told me they would transport my voucher I would have to give my landlord here a proper 30 day notice If your interested in meeting me please feel free to call me anytime or email me If I am not available please leave me a detailed message and I will respond quickly Thank you for taking your time to read this I hope I find a nice place called Home

2011 to 2017 Rutland Housing Trust #*#*# hidden# #*#*# hidden# Judy Bombardier #*#*# hidden# Have to say this landlord was dishonest about me to my landlord now She did not want me to move because she new her rent was guaranteed so she made a false statement about me I am an honest lady March 2021 and still occupied rental with Dick and Leanna DeNeale I would like to give you her number once I know I am moving They are a older nice couple and I want to talk to them when the time is right I hate to worry them right now I hope you can understand I have my rent always paid on the 3rd along with all my other small bills
