40 year old female looking for a petfriendly 1 bedroom house or townhouse with a backyard in marshall or Longview texasI am currently in NYC in college to earn a degree as a drug counselorI want to move by December of this year after I graduate I will find a job before I leave and would like to have a residence in place I have had section 8 for 2 years with no issues with the landlord or program My credit score is at 650 but I will definitely bring it up I have excellent payment history no lateness I am a nondenominational christian and would love to find a location near a new church ministry is part of my longterm goal in counseling as wellI have no criminal history I am not dirty and I do not hoard the pandemic strained employment here in NYC however I am a fulltime student I only pay 50 dollars right now but the rent will adjust as my income does I do plan on getting a fulltime job in a faithbased or other drug treatment facilityI am also interested in renttoown houses and will contact my workers if the opportunity arises
