Hi I am 52 living alone and would like to own a cat I dont have a pet currently I would like a 1 bedroom but an ample studio with space is okay Ive been a section 8 portability voucher holder since 1995 with children included in my voucher of course for more bedrooms Now they are moved out I have grandchildren so I am looking for something not too small I applied and attained my voucher with Schenectady Municipal Housing Authority having lived in Schenectady until 2001 moving to Albany then back to schenectady 6 years ago Moving back to schenectady being kind of displaced not finding a permanent apartment But not because I dont pay rent I pay my rent reflecting me having my voucher since 1995 If you want a honest reliable adult tenant I am that one Thank you
