Hi Im looking for a twobedroom preferably no bugs I have security deposit and first month even though I have section 8 I am looking for immediate occupancy and little income I have two boys that will be coming with me age 8 and Age 4 both my sons I am very tidy and clean very quiet and dont have any pets preferably not the valley or the South side but willing to if nice and not in too bad of an area currently have a deadline of June 30th so looking for something ASAP I have Security Plus first months rent and last month if needed I am really crunched for time I am very respectful and careful and well treat the property with care and love I have no bad background just looking for somewhere better and new for my boys

My credit is not too good about 545 my background check is legit I have no criminal background last five years I live at 127 Rockland in a house just looking for a new environment better School District better area i am very organized clean and tidy my kids are wellbehaved and tidy as well
