Ive rented from Lee shinglman for last 15 years I still am renting from him a 1 bdrm up stairs apartment all utilities included for 600 a month I have not been living there because I cant get up and down the steps to my apartment its about 25 to 30 steps and with my copd and oxygen I cant do it and the guy that loves down stairs gets mad if we wake up and go to the bathroom in middle of night get something to drink or even just run water he gets mad starts yelling threw floor and hitting floor and landlord will not make him stop or fix anything so I gotta move plus Im just ready to move out of ashland county and back to Elyria
