HelloMy name is **** **** Im a single mother of 2 children I have a 16 year old daughter with High functioning autism and other disabilities I also have a 10 yr old son with slight ADHD We are only a family of 3We are looking for a quiet out of city limits with 3 bedrooms to aquire each of our needs We would love a basement not necessary though Also 1 or a 2 story House would be efficient Definitely want a backyard and front fenced if possible for safety purposes 1 bathroom is efficient but 15 would be better again not a necessityWe own 2 kittens one female and one male Both are indoor kittens they are both neutered both have been vaccinated and are great kittens We one day would like to have a dog outside preferably With my daughters disabilities Animals are an important part in not only her life but myself and my son I have been through a lot of trauma I have PTSD anxiety Animals are soothing for meI currently received approval for a section 8 voucher through PMHA I asked them to transfer my voucher to YMHA reason why is because we are established in the Mahoning county area and My Son has been accepted to Rayen Ed College for 5th grade And its truly important he has this opportunity for him to have a successful future My daughter also goes to summit academy and Mahoning county would be the right place for our needs I really prefer a House setting if unable to have a house I would like a house trailer I love to work outside yard work etc An apartment would be ok but definitely not a first or second choice for its confining to us and we like to be outside in our yard I have 120 days to use my voucher the amount Im responsible paying is 40 of rent Deposit Im not certain on that yet as Im new to this program and the process But we are great tenants very very clean Im responsible and truly want the best for us and have an opportunity to finally adapt to Ohio in a more positive approach We are originally from Michigan 39 yrs of my life Im 40 yrs of age

Was married in Michigan 2018 Lived in my ex husbands home for 2 years I paid everythingMoved to Ohio in 2020 and I lived in struthers Ohio for a year good tenant always on time with my rentLast year I rented a home on the west side of Youngstown Ohio and unfortunately I decided to leave due to the living conditions of the home and the landlord refusing to do his duties as the owner Since October of 2021 I have been homeless Currently married #*#*# hidden# but didnt work out after 15 years he assaulted me in April 2022currently he is awaiting trial and is incarcerated filed my divorce waiting for hearing date So now not knowing anyone in this State I have been back and forth to a shelter to another apartment 422 that absolutely didnt work out due to the fact the landlordtenant downstairs was a predatorpedophile He caused me to leave the residence due to his constant negativity and disgusting behavior towards myself and my children Police advised me to leave and I did just that Thankfully we got out safely Now #*#*# hidden# we are in a hotel funded by my church for 3 nights ONLY after this I have no where to reside unfortunatelyMy credit is good Filed bankruptcy in 2019 it cleared in 2020 My background is clean No evictions no complaints no illegal issues nothing on it Pretty clean Thank you
