My children and I have lived at our current residence for 9 12 years I do not have a criminal background My credit score at this time is a little cloudy I was diagnosed with CHF and my work scheduleability was drastically reduced And my daughter became disabled Therefore some of my bills became delinquent I am in the process of consolidating my back payments to get back on track I dont wantplan to file for bankruptcy I have always paid my rent During the times when I was sick I sometimes paid late but I never did not pay my rent and any late fees
