At this point I am just looking for possible places to live throughout the country so I have no specific area to choose from at this time it will be just me and the cotenant my partner of 35 years we have 110 lb Chihuahua he is a service dog Im on Social Security Disability he is on SSI together it comes to 2140 dollars a month at the moment we are homeless we lived in a house for almost 7 years but lost our place to live due to covid and the landlord going into foreclosure and lost the house to the bank we have reference from my landlord that we paid on time every time why we lived there we also have a previous reference from where we lived before that neither one of us drink or use drugs we like camping fishing sightseeing people and always learning new things we are quiet sincere caring and always willing to lend a hand I feel we would make great tenants for any landlord also I worked for the last landlord who owned many properties throughout California and 1 in Mexico I helped maintain and manage all of his properties including collecting rents Landscaping minor repairs capable of small Plumbing jobs including replacing toilets faucets turn offs replacing light switches light fixtures window air conditioning units and many other things I do have written references from my landlord So at this point we just need a place to call our own we would accept mostly any place anywhere in the United States with some exceptions Louisiana some parts of Texas Georgia and Arkansas would not be suitable for our situation thank you for this time hope to hear from someone soon
