28 year old female with two sons5 and 1 and a dog 15 year old great Pyrenees Hes a really good boy and I need him as Im a single mother My little family and I are new to section 8 but very excited and hopeful about getting a place to call home Really anything would be great but a ground floor or town house or something would be easier as I have the littles and the dog A yard would be appreciated but not necessary I Would like to move as soon as possible but mid March is my cut off I have around a 1350 limit on my voucher Very little rental history but the few Ive had are on good terms and i am very excited to prove to someone that I am worth the risk Thank you for your consideration and time

In the last five years I have lived with my sons paternal grandmother my brother and his family and my sister and always payed my rent on time or keep the agreement set up before hand I baby sat for my brother and house sat for my sister so I could stay home with he boys Unfortunately my credit is not great but I havent really done much of anything with it so it isnt bad either Im not sure about the background question but I have no criminal background that I know of except perhaps a speeding ticket
