For the last 5 years Ive lived in 2 houses My first one I lived there for almost 2 years it was a small one bedroom I moved to a 3 bedroom due to my son starting to walk and I was also pregnant with my daughter so space was getting tight I lived at my 3 bedroom for about 4 years My landlord refused to fix the leaking roof the toilet I had to replace 3 times all out of pocket and was never reimbursed We had shortages and wires hanging from ceilings I with held my rent like my attorney told me to do She tried to evict me 2 times both times the cases were threw out due to lack of evidence on her part The third time I was 10 mins late due to me having to take my son to school and the judge went in her favor and I appealed the case but the judge refused to hear it because I was 10 mins late I paid all my rent on time at both properties and never had any late fees I do have a background but thats in my past if interested Id rather talk about it in person
