I am a 47 yr old female. Divorced. I have lived on my own since April #*#*# hidden# I'm very quiet and clean. Also, I've had a lot of health issues so I have a private nurse who comes from 7am-9pm, Monday - Friday. Would definitely prefer all one floor apt. Can handle a couple stairs, but prefer not full stair cases. My current landlord is aware of the circumstances and is willing to allow me to move as soon as I find a place without the limitations.
