I have 3 girls 14 6 and 2 No pets Currently not employed but working for myself thru instacart which I started in September of #*#*# hidden# I have some of the deposit ready and still collecting My county voucher expires #*#*# hidden# Im looking for a detached single family home or house Something that has a yard preferably with a fence Good ventilation system both my oldest and I have wheezing problems as part of asthma Cant be too close to my children wouldnt be able to play safely I would like to have all 3 bedrooms on one floor at the least 2 I honestly could use a 4 bedroom and my voucher allows it as long as it is in range Looking in the West Mifflin area This home will be where we stay for the next 4 years maybe longer depending on whats available I would like to move no later than Dec 1st I dont mind steps as long as both my teenage daughter and Is queen bed sets can go up If I cant move into the West MIfflin area Ill also consider Glassport Dravosburg Duquesne East Mckeesport or Brentwood I have my own refrigerator electric stove gas washer and dryer but will readjust if home comes with appliances If there is a basement Ill just put them in there till further notice My ultimate goal in housing is to own my home I pay gas electric and water
