As of right now my rent portion is 6 but one section 8 is involved the rent portion will be up to them I am on welfare I received TANF and snap plus medical And me and my family is a low income housing I never really had anything to call my own so Im hoping that I can do so with this opportunity thank you

Hello my name is **** Rosa I am 31 years old I have five children under the age of 13years old I have two boys and three girls I do not have any pets but would like to possibly own one if possible I havent had that much background housing history other than I was recently in a two bedroom house for about 2 to 3 years I left because the rent got way too high for me before that I was living with my parents and then I learned about this housing program in Johnstown PA I apply for it and got accepted so right now I am in a threebedroom apartment I only have to pay for electricity I do pay for rent and it is a low income so my rent is not that high for right now I have been here for 2 years now and I then applied for section 8 which now I currently have a four bedroom voucher I am porting back out to Philadelphia PA and I am now waiting for my voucher from Philadelphia housing authority which should be in the next 2 weeks I am searching for a 4bedroom house or townhouse Villa To make into my forever home I would love to have a single house two story home with a nice size backyard possibly a porch with a basement that is partially finish or if Im lucky enough I finish basement but if not thats okay too something that has a laundry area and new modern inside with new appliances I am a very neat and clean tidy person and my children are the same old enough to pick up after themselves they are all school age children except for my fifth child and shes 11 and 12 months she will be one September 19th I hope that I could become a good tenant to someone who can be very understanding that I am a income restricted but who is willing to work hard and look hard to achieve their goals and one day can turn whatever house that Im renting into a beautiful home for myself and my children
