I have been living in the house that I am currently at for about 3 years my landlord wants to sell and needs me to move ASAP Im devastated basically but I am having a lot of trouble finding a home for me and my children that is in the area that we live in now because of school district The house I lived before this was just a little bit too small being that I had more children I had no problems no damage always kept up on maintenance as far as lawn work changing filters etc etc My credit score I am currently trying to work on because eventually I would love to buy a home but as a single mom I struggle getting a lot of things accomplished
