Lived at same residence for 3 years children moved out and I need a smaller place withb1 child left

Myself and my daughter will be living in the unit I am 58 years old and my daughter is 24 I have some health problems but function very well I have a mixed breed dog that is 4 years old and very friendly he loves people He is not aggressive or mean Loves to lick faces and kids I am willing to pay extra for himI have no problem paying the security deposit and first month rent I would like to move any time in November because my county voucher is up on November 13th I have been working at my job for 2 years and my income is about 2400 a month My requirement is 30 percentI have been on Section 8 for 6 years now Please dont skip over my profile because of my pet he will not mess up your property he dont scratch or claw just sleeps most of time Thank you for your time I hope to be your tenant

My rental history is I lived alot with family because of my health problems Most recently in August myself and my daughter have been displaced because the building I lived in had to be condemned We will pass the background check we dont do drugs or associate with those type of people I will be honest and say our credit scores are low but we are model tenants that will stay long term
