**** **** 30 Kim Sharp 55 I **** ****receives a grant from Family Planning that comes from the program I work with I can give my case workers name when needed Were both employed full time so utilities wouldnt be an issue as well as rent after the eligible months covered by the grant The grant covers the deposit up to 6 months of rent for an apartment The only necessity is for the landlord to accept this kind of fundinggrant We also want to be completely up front with a few things just so we dont waste your time or ours Currently were in the process of potentially accepting an apartment in Harrisburg for rent for 1350 a month along with electricity As I said the grant covers the deposit a few months rent with our income we can technically afford that But we are really only taking that apartment because although were quiet respectful ideal tenants there are some things that show up that can look like an issue On both of our credits we have student loans that are being worked on as well as myself **** having a very small less than 400 credit card debt thats being paid off currently Also we both have past criminal history its minor its been a while since but as soon as thats seen were usually denied Weve never tried section 8 yet so we really hope we have come across the little extra financial help we need after my grant is final
