I have rented a home through section 8 in Pottstown from 2008 to 2012 with a great landlord reference and then another that I am currently in with a great landlord reference since #*#*# hidden# as well I do not know my credit score I am a single mom who works and just trying to provide a good life for my beautiful daughters alone I am very clean and take care of my properties as listed in my landlord references and I expect to live in a clean and uptodate home as well

I have lived in the same house for 13 years with same landlord In 2018 I had neck surgery and moved into another property with the same landlord Raising 4 children they all went to college 3 moved out and my youngest daughter is still in college going for masters and works part time I have to downsize I had a 4 bedroom voucher and lived in a 5 bedroom house I am on disability due to nerve damage in neck and back My housing assistance is 1491 and my portion is 98 I am responsible for the electric and water My voucher expires January 5th so I am looking to move as soon as possible I would prefer a single family home with 3 bedrooms but if not accepted if I get a 2 bedroom on the first floor I have been on section since 2003 I used to work at montgomery county domestic relations until my surgery in 2018 My income is 1396 per month My daughter owns a 2007 honda accura I dont have transportation at this time I would be eternally grateful if someone would respond back to me at your earliest convenience Thank you for your time
