Our ages are **** 54 Anna 56 and Rachael 17 Two emotional petfamily bunnies which we have papers stating so We currently have a housing voucher with Chester County for 7 plus years Not employed but our income is SSI We are disabled Looking for a one story or two depending how the layout is Single home with garage or townhome with garage with private entrance that doesnt share a porch with others As long as a wheelchair can wheel up to door and go through we can work with that **** uses wheel chair when needed for his disability he can still walk but stairs are a problem for him That is the problem at our current home there are stairs leading out the front door and we need more accessible housing for him Various other irritating issues that we want to get away from at our apartment complex We can move to another county just have to transfer our voucher The areas we have considered are York Lancaster or surrounding areas of Chester County We would stay in Chester County if there was a place for us

Moved to Oxford Village Apartments in 2014 with housing voucher Now we are on a month to month lease We are very quiet people non smoking do not drink alcohol very organized and clean Responsible people Our credit scores are around 700 and are diligent with paying our bills We are unable to disclose our voucher amount the housing authority takes care of that Not sure about an actual move date but would hope too in the Spring and giving our current place ample notice that we are moving
