I am a 32 year old female looking for my first apartment My housing voucher is for one bedroom 1095month including utilities in Pike county It was awarded through the Wayne county housing authority I am currently unemployed but in the process of obtaining social security disability which will be my main source of income I am currently receiving medical and food assistance I prefer a first floor due to degenerative disc disease and fibromyalgia I am fairly easy when it comes to amenities Ill take what I can get My only preference would be pet friendly but its not a requirement for me And for home plans the only ones I would like to stay away from are multi family homes and upper level apartments or upper floors without an elevator I am flexible and keep to myself for the most part Thank you for any and all considerations

I have no rental history I currently live with my parents I did dorm at college for 35 years I also lived with my ex boyfriend for about 25 years in which we lived with his father I have no idea what my credit score is I have never owned a credit card I was making payments on student loans until I stopped working which I havent had to pay due to lack of income since 2018 I have no criminal history Ive had a few tickets over time but all were paid on time
