In 2020 my landlord accidentally applied the rent I paid to another tenants unit and then filed against me for unpaid rent I have the proof that they admitted to making the mistake and it was rectified In 2022 I lost my job suddenly as I work as a contractor my contract ended unexpectedly This happened to me twice once in June #*#*# hidden# once in November 2022 This did put me behind in rent but I have lived in my current home for 3 years and have had no issue until now lived in an apartment for 2 years before that with no issues I lost my fulltime job with COVID and have had to work as a contractor ever since
