Hi I am looking for a single family house My voucher will covers all of my rent I am a Dental Assustant and certified in Radiology I am moving from Rgode Island and looking to move for September 1 st 2022 I am going to get a job at Dentist office once I get to Cali I have two children Male and female age 5 and 13 I have an older daughter who is 19 who will be attending college and working when we get out to Cali I need something as soon as possible My deposit will be the one month amount of rent which is what section eight legally allows the tenant to pay by the date of move in I need a 3 bedroom or a 2 bedroom with a spare room or office room or finished basement I would like a yard maybe a fenced in yard Maybe a front porch and back deck or patio for my outdoor furniture if not I will still be interested if the house is single family and a decent house Preferably washer and dryer in unit Thank you so much
