I am looking to move in as soon as possible me and my 3 children are homeless and have no were to go I have an 11 year old girl 10 year old boy and a 9 year old boy I have been homeless since December 1 I have called the coordinated entry every day looking for a homeless shelter that had room for me and my children but there hasnt been anything available so we have been homeless since I am on the waiting list for section 8 I have been approved for 37 low Income apartments but I havent received any notice I have been applying for jobs but its really hard because Im homeless and have to worry about were me and my children are go to sleep

I lived at my house for 7 years but the landlord sold the house so we had to move out I have no criminal record I have no evictions never filed bankruptcy but my credit score is not good at all its not that I have a bad credit score its I dont have any credit score

I have a voucher to cover first and last month and the first 6 months of rent with extention of up to 18 months covered I am advised that there is no cap to the amount of monthly cost and I wrote in 2000 because the form would not allow it to be left blank The voucher is not section 8 but provided by the State of RI through the Covid Rent Relief Program I also understand that there are incentives provided to landlords who except this voucher in that it is considered nontaxable income to the landlord I welcome the opportunity to meet with you provide the full voucher documentation and review terms and benefits offered Thank you
