I am 33 yrs old with 3 kids ages 38 and 10 I have one small dog which is a maltese I am looking to move sometime in April and I currently have a North Charleston Housing Authority Voucher I am currently employed at MUSC as a CMA and part time at a hotel as a front desk clerk My annual income is roughly #*#*# hidden# I am looking for a single family home with 3 bedrooms it could be an apartment townhouse duplex or apartment If it is a house i would prefer a backyard for my kids Parking is needed because I do possess a vehicle I would like to be in a community that is kid friendly with decent schools in the perimeter

I have been in my current residence since 2019 and the residence before that i occupied for 3 years I have never had a eviction and my credit score currently is in the mid 500s and i am working to improve that
