This is **** **** with Realty ONE I have a client in need of a 4 bedroom rental here in Simpsonville SC that is willing to accept section 8 Is there any possibility you would be willing to consider this
Their landlord missed mortgage payments and to keep from going into foreclosure she is selling the home out from under them She is planning to list next week and is allowing them to stay in the home until closing We are in desperate need as we are not finding any 4 bedrooms available in this area Waiting lists have closed Private renters are telling us no I have been calling as well as the mother tenant property management groups private owners posted on FB everything we can to try to find something so they are not homeless
