In the past 5 years I had been living at the same apartment complex directly after receiving my section 8 voucher Before then I was living with my parents I just recently moved to AntiochTN in August 2022 I live by myself with my service dog I am needing to move prior to the end of my lease due to a complications with my current leasing office and being placed in a unit that has become unsafe as related to my disabilities As I am on full disability i have and will remain having a steady income In the nearly 6 years of renting I have never been so much as a day late in paying my rent I take pride in this as well as my current credit score of 813 Dec 2022 I also do not have a large loans or credit card debt including auto or student loans at this time and have not for a very long time My last apartment was left in such a condition upon my leaving inspection that my leasing manager was speechless and I received my entire deposit backPlease let me know if you require any other information concerning my background renting history and credit scoreThank you**** ****
