Hello my name is **** **** I am 49 years old a femaie I have one cat she is ESA registered I have recently been sick but I am back to working my parttime job regularly I work from home at TMS Call Centers I make a little over 1230 a month I have a section 8 voucher from ETHRA it expires November #*#*# hidden# I am not picky about floor plans or anything I just need a 1 bedroom amenities that would be nice are a washerdryer hookup in unit or a community laundry area Central heating and air Just want something clean and maybe possibly furnished if that is possible I have lived here at this address at 204 Ridenour Lane Apt 101 Jacksboro TN for almost 6 years now Originally i lived with my cousin as I was taking care of his mom who had dementia but i have had the place on my own for a few years now I dont smoke dont do drugs dont party i am quiet and keep to myself I have a credit score of 730I have had to pay rent late a few times but i have always paid it along with whatever late charge was required The reason I want to move is i need help with rental assistance because of my low income and this place does not take the Section 8 voucher I moved here 6 years ago from Louisville Ky #*#*# hidden# I have no children no significant other just a few friends and they are not partiers they are older I have no vehicle as I still have never gotten my license I rely on my feet and friends to get me where I need to go I am a Christian I have no experience at all with section 8 this is my first time going through this process I have never had any complaints against me from neighbors or anything I have some health issues so stairs would be a bit of an issue for me I am working on filing for disability I am wanting to find a place where i can stay and not have to move again The only other thing I would like for the place to include is being pet friendly with the possibility of adding a second pet at some point not anytime soon down the road Thank you for your time and consideration I hope this is all the information you require Sorry it was not very organized i was just typing and i was thinking of what to say Have a great day
