We are looking for a small house or an apartment on the ground floor, but will take a second floor unit if not too many stairs. The unit or home will need a washer dryer hookup and full kitchen with appliances and full bathroom. Both of our credit history is good and we are very regular in paying our rent, utilities and bills. ****'s income is $1520 monthly from VA & SSDI, Teresa has no income at this time. We are looking for a safe and quiet area, clean and well repaired home or apartment, friendly neighbors and tenants. We would love a small house with a large yard, but will take a 700 or more ft apartment. We need a washer dryer hookup in the house or apartment, as this makes it easier on both of us. We do not have any pets at this time, but would love to have a small house that allows a few chickens, a dog and a cat, but It is fine if not.
